Bad Ass Open

We left JFK at 10:30 pm, and after a five hour flight, three hour layover in London, and another hour-long flight, arrived in Dublin at 2:30 pm. How do you like that math? Exhausted, Michael and I took the bus across town to our hotel for the night - the Charleville Lodge.  Because we are striking out for the west coast of Ireland tomorrow, we overcame our fatigue and headed out on the town. We are still making an early night of it, but we managed to experience a little bit of Dublin before turning in.

 Lunch at London Heathrow Airport
Complimentary drinks at McGowan's pub, decorated with American license plates.
Temple Bar. They knew we were coming.
 Bicycles for rent. Cool!
The Quay pub in Temple Bar. Our first pints of Guinness IN Ireland! Woot!
We accidentally stumbled into the filming of a movie or something. When trying to find our way out we found this instead! Kings Inn. Que romantico!

Looking forward to a good night's sleep, and more adventure tomorrow.
